糖友尿酸高,飲食注意這6大點
為了避免高尿酸影響糖友的血糖控制, 在日常飲食方面建議注意以下6點:

避免過量吃內臟、紅肉、海鮮類
少吃富含動物性普林的食物,可能有助於降低痛風發作的風險,例如:
- 內臟類,如豬肝、雞肝、豬腸等
- 魚類,如白帶魚、白鯧魚等
- 海鮮類,如蛤蜊、牡蠣、干貝等

少喝酒精飲料

少喝含糖飲料與果汁

少喝火鍋湯
不同食物中所含的普林量不同,烹煮方式也會影響普林含量喔!

少吃油炸食品
油炸食品中的大量脂肪會
抑制尿酸的排泄、增加身體炎症的發生與
肥胖等,這些都可能會增加痛風發作的風險。

標榜低普林食物就能吃很多?
一般而言,若患者處於高尿酸,但非痛風急性發作,可以挑選中、低普林的食物,例如:
但所有飲食都應該適量攝取,尤其對糖友而言,千萬不能因為食物號稱「低普林」就多吃喔!
提醒糖友,所有的飲食模式都應該朝向選擇新鮮、天然的食物,避免吃太多加工的食品,另外,所有的食物攝取都應該適當且適量,過猶不及都不是健康的飲食模式喔!
